66 AND STILL SHINING!!
Here is to being sixty-six and still shining! May my laughter lines continue, my hair continue to have more brown than grey (silver), and my spirit remain forever young.
Gratitude for another year of adventures.
WHAT DOES SHINING MEAN TO ME?
Shining means to live my life to the fullest.
Shining means to wake up every morning with energy and zest to live a very active life.
Shining gives me energy to run, walk, row, pilates, yoga, strength work, bush walking, up and down hills and stairs and so much more.
Shining gives me the energy to keep up with my grandson Drazic. Chasing him around the park, kicking balls at the park and the beach. Endless times of up and down slides and climbing stairs and ropes. He loves nana and pa involved in all his activities and play. I feel this is a blessing. A special chance to see the world through the eyes of a 2 year old. Every day I feel blessed to be his grandmother and enjoy all the special moments of play.
Shining is still to be able to share my passion of teaching and enjoy the connection with all my clients.
Shining is spending time with my beatiful family, who keep me frounded and open minded.
Shining helps me to stay positive and try not to sweat the small stuff.
I feel so lucky and never take my life for granted. Unfortunately I have lot of loved ones who have not lived until 66 or have been in very poor health at 66 and I feel very sad that life can be so cruel for many.
I WILL ALWAYS COUNT MY BLESSINGS.

GRATITUDE MAKES SENSE OF OUR PAST
BRINGS PEACE FOR TODAY
AND
CREATES A VISION FOR TOMORROW.

GRATITUDE HELPS YOU
SEE WHAT'S THERE
INSTEAD OF WHAT ISN'T.

ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS,
FOR 1 DAY YOU WILL LOOK BACK AND REALISE
THEY WERE THE BIG THINGS.

IT IS NOT HAPPINESS THAT
MAKES US GRATEFUL.
IT'S GRATEFULNESS THAT MAKES US HAPPY.
