WHY IS SLEEP SO IMPORTANT?
HERE ARE SOME OF THE IMPORTANT REASONS WHY WE NEED A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP.
We all struggle with getting enough sleep from time to time but when not getting enough sleep becomes your norm then this is when there is a problem.
Yoga and Pranyama breathing is a great way to get us into some good sleeping habits.

This yoga pose is very relaxing in it's own right.
You can practice this pose with a cushion under your head or a blanket under your lower back for added comfort. You can stay in this pose for a few minutes or as long as you like to reap the benefits.

Remember that creating new habits can take 6-8 weeks, stick with it if you are having trouble breaking old habits in the beginning. Perservering will definately be worth it.
