I love this quote:
“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words,
but to live by them.”
Since last Wednesday there are so many things that I feel grateful for.
Feeling grateful reminds me of all the good things that we already have in our lives.
Here are 10 things that I am grateful for and there are probably another 10 that I could mention.
1. Sitting down and having our coffee at our favourite cafe.
2. Meeting our new great niece Hazel and seeing Annie and Sarah which is always a treat.
3. Driving further than 5km to Werribee gorge for a beautiful walk and a picnic lunch.
4. Meeting up with family for a coffee and chat that is long overdue.
5. Getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed because my beauty therapist are open.
6. Going out to dinner with my beautiful family for Simone's birthday. Actually sitting down and enjoying a meal together.
7. Getting back to teaching a Narre Warren North and getting back to face to face time with my clients.
8. Getting to the gym and doing great workouts, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Today.
9. Getting some reflexology today another of my favourites that are open again.
10. Shopping for some presents instead of shopping on line. I really don't enjoy shopping on line, I am not a big shopper but enjoy shopping for presents.
All of these things are not out of the normal in my life.
Now that I am writing them down and I am reflecting, I am really appreciate my life.
