Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
There is evidence that yoga nidra helps relieve stress.
The great thing about yoga nidra is that you just have to lay still and relax and you will get the benefits.
Enjoy this link for an introduction. Yoga nidra is a practice that can go for 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. 15 minutes is a good introduction for a beginner.
